Night of Hope

This year’s Night of Hope marked our second year of gathering together around the vision of The Raya House. It was an evening of connection, celebration, and generosity as we reflected on what God has done and looked ahead with hope toward the home we are preparing for children and families.

2026 Recap

This Year’s Theme: Prepare a Place

Prepare a Place was more than the theme for this year’s Night of Hope. It reflected the heart of what we hope The Raya House will become: a place of warmth, peace, belonging, and hope for children in foster care.

Throughout the evening, guests helped bring that vision to life in small but meaningful ways. They wrote Scripture and words of encouragement on quilt squares that will become part of a quilt for The Raya House, shared family recipes for the future Raya House cookbook, and gathered around the table in an evening centered on connection and hospitality.

The Raya House founder, Courtney, shared about the Danish word hygge, which describes cultivating an atmosphere of peace and contentment and inviting others into it.

Ultimately, we hope to create that kind of place for children while pointing them toward the greatest source of belonging and hope: Jesus.

A Night of Generosity

$142,155 raised, together.

The generosity of our Night of Hope community brought us one step closer to the vision of The Raya House. Through the live auction, sponsorships, and gifts throughout the evening, $142,155 was raised to help prepare a home where children in foster care can experience safety, belonging, and the love of Christ.

Thank you for helping us prepare a place.

Thank you to everyone who gave, served, sponsored, and gathered with us for Night of Hope 2026. Your generosity is helping bring the vision of The Raya House to life, and we invite you to continue being part of it as we prepare a place where children in foster care can experience safety, belonging, and the love of Christ.
